Towing and Recovery kind of says it, but not quite. First and foremost, we are family owned and operated. We tow and recover sure, but we do much more. We offer all types of roadside assistance from lockouts to changing your flat tire. We tow all kinds of vehicles small and large. We will tow it because it plain just won’t start, it is totaled, you drank too much to drive it or you just doggone don’t feel like driving home right now, but you and your vehicle need to get there. We also will tow motorcycles and trailers, which many companies won’t do (we are bike riders ourselves, so we will take care of your baby!).

We do repossessions (along with the skiptracing that is involved). We are in Charlotte, NC and our repo coverage area spreads out to areas around Charlotte and does go into SC, so give us a call for pricing and to see if it is in our area. All repossessions include 10 days free storage. Another service that we do and the one that keeps us really busy is parking lot enforcement. We do this for apartment communities, homeowner associations and shopping centers. We enforce the managements rules and regulations. If permits are desired, we supply the permits as well. We also do tag lists for those cars that just sit there forever, never move and look horrible (we make those eyesores go away for you too). We also supply all the signage, which is up to required city ordinance. We have all necessary insurance as required, as well as references.
